Guardians
Bunny Blue is Kate’s guardian, handmade by Kate’s great-aunt Cassie who made a denim bunny for every child born into the family. As the years went on, Aunt Cassie’s style loosened up a bit and Kate thinks that this bunny may have been the last one Cassie made that still looked like a bunny. Bunny Blue now sits on a shelf guarding Kate’s own children.
